Fine & Rare Wine Auction & Luncheon - Nota Bene Feb 25
Dear Wine & Fine Spirit Lovers,
Don't miss our special auction of Rare & Fine Wine on Feb 25 at Nota Bene. 200 top lots from excellent private cellars featuring the best of Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhone Valley, Champagne, Italy, Spain, California and Australia, combined with the opportunity to enjoy lunch at one of Toronto's best restaurants. That's a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon in February!
Chef David Lee has created a menu just for us:
CRISP DUCK SALAD
green papaya, cucumber, fish sauce, chilies, Asian herbs
8 OZ. SHELTER VALLEY FARMS STRIPLOIN
thyme-roasted mushrooms, chimichurri, Maldon sea salt
MEDITERRANEAN SEABASS “A LA PLANCHA”
sautéed spinach, lemon, beurre noisette, capers, radishes
basil, olive oil, pomodoro
Lemon squares, double chocolate brownie, passion fruit macarons
Location: Nota Bene, 180 Queen Street West, Toronto
Luncheon: $100 including service, exclusive of taxes.
(Wine is not included, however guests are welcome to bring a special bottle (corkage fee - $30) or order from Nota Bene's wine list.)
Time: Luncheon/ Champagne reception - 11.30 am
Live Auction - 1:30 pm.

While clients are welcome to attend the auction without participating in the luncheon, please note that seating may be limited. Clients attending the auction only are also welcome to bring a special bottle (corkage of $30) or order from the Nota Bene wine list to enjoy during the auction.
